Background
The Town of Walkerville Draft 2022/23 Annual Business Plan has been developed to deliver services, facilities and programs that support our community and businesses over the next financial year.
As part of the planning process, we invite the community to provide feedback on the draft plan for 2022/23.
To fund this year's Annual Business Plan, we have proposed an average residential rate increase of 3% (excluding growth from newly created and developed properties).
We will continue our excellent maintenance of parks and gardens, progress our road and footpath renewal program, create new opportunities for public art and murals within our operational budget and gather much-needed feedback from the community as part of a Township-wide survey.
In addition, we will progress with the Walkerville Oval redevelopment and finish major park and streetscape upgrades – including Crawford Reserve and Alfred Street.
